Dimapur, May 27 (MExN): Government High School, Burma Camp organised its first educational trip making it a remarkable learning experience for the students.
The first stop was at Nagaland Zoological Park, where a guide and a wildlife researcher took charge of students and explained the importance of wild animals, their behaviors, species, co-existence and correlation between human and animals. The students also had ‘love and sharing break’ in the zoo, informed a press release.
The next stop was at Nagaland Science Centre where the Curator of science centre planned an amazing fun science experiment for students. The students watched 3D film that showed the wonders of the planet and beyond. “They seemed enthralled by the large facility and explored many scientific equipments and objects which widened their knowledge,” it added.
“The trip and interaction with 150 students was just great example of the outreach to the reality of life,” Khekatoli Sema from the School stated while acknowledging the school AHM for the permission, Nagaland Zoological Park, Science Centre for free entry and the Commissioner’s Office for the bus service.
