The 4th Edition of Miss Tikhir organised by Tikhir Beauty Pageant Association was successfully held on November 14 at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall Kiphire Town. SDO Kiphire Longtiba graced the event as the chief guest. T. Lemteshi an M. Sc geology student who aspire to become an Administrative Officer was crowned Miss Tikhir 2017. Kepenshi Thongliu an M. Sc Botany student and T. Tsuvishe a class 12 student were adjudged the 1st and 2nd runners up respectively. The panel of judges were Happyto P. Chishi Finalist North East Highway Star Voice Hunt 2010, Runner up The Voice of HASSU 2014 and participant of Ethnic Model Hunt 2007 & Mr. Nagaland 2009, Mr. Rhi Rhi Assistant Professor ZPGC, Designer, Doichong Phom and Longtise Sangtam Assistant Professor ZPGC and winner of Naga Next Top Model 2014. The official designers of the event were Designer Khosalu Chase and W. Tanushe. Subtitle winners were Easter Miss Congeniality, Asula Miss Photogenic, Reakhanshe Miss Talented, Yantsushe Miss Beautiful Skin, T. Lemteshi Miss Viewers Choice, Levinshu Miss Best Costume and W.Tansushe Miss Perfect 10.
