TASU to ban exportation of timber for commercial purpose

Mon, January 8 (MExN): The Tobu Area Students Union (TASU) has resolved to ban the exportation of timber from Tobu Area for commercial purpose. This was decided at its 35th federal meeting held at Pessao village on January 8. 

The Assembly was presided by C Hoangkan, Speaker TASU in the presence of 13 federating units, including the representatives from GBs Association, KNSK, Timber Union, Konyak Village Council Chairman Union and the Veteran leaders of Tobu Area. This was stated in a press release by Davidson Ngushu, General Secretary TASU.

The House also resolved not to entertain any bogus/proxy teachers from this academic session and also discussed for the improvement of health sector. In this regards, the union have informed all the government appointed teachers, medical staffs to be sincere in discharging their duties at their respective posting places.

The programme was earlier invoked by Finance Secretary Pessao Baptist Church and welcome address was delivered by President TASU.  A special number was presented by Pessao Changlu Students’ Union while short speech was delivered by Shammaoh, Former President TASU.
