Tata Motors launches Tata Yodha 4X4 in Kohima

Tata Motors today launched Tata Yodha 4X4 in Kohima at Dimapur Diesels (Sales Outlet), near TCP Gate along Naga Hospital road. 

During the launching programme, Sashi Kumar, sales manager SCV Cargo & Pickups Tata Motors, Guhawati and Mohan, dealers and sales manager, Dimapur Diesels Dimapur made a powerpoint presentation on Tata Yodha 4X4.

With a starting price of Rs. 7,07,600, this new Tata Yodha 4X4 featured flat bed type driver resting seats, powerful & fuel efficient 3 bigger engine, wide load body for high earnings, strong front & rear suspension with added leaves, high ground clearance and gearbox multi terrain capacity.

Tata Motors announced 3 years warranty or 3 00 000km (whichever is earlier).
Actor Akshay Kumar is the brand ambassador of Tata Yodha 4X4.

Tata Yodha Pickup is a commercial vehicle that delivers great power for last mile transportation requirements. It comes with a maximum payload capacity of 1500 Kgs and is extremely useful in the transportation of heavy materials.

Available in 4x4 and 4x2 options, with a payload capacity of 1500 kgs for a wide range of commercial applications, enhanced stability with antiroll bars, bigger 16-inch radial tyres, with a proven driveline and aggregates, this vehicle is good for all kinds of loading & terrain requirements.

The Tata Yodha Pickup has an impressive ground clearance of 210 mm, which ensures smooth manoeuvrability both on smooth roads as well as rural terrains. Powered by Tata 4 cylinder common rail engine that promises good fuel efficiency, engine gives an output of 64 kW(85 Hp) @ 3000 r/min, and a high torque of 250 Nm@1000-2000 r/min for better pick up in loaded condition. This also ensures lesser gear shifting & hence better mileage.

The Tata Yodha Pickup is fitted with a reliable and rugged gear box with overdrive gear. Tata Yodha Pickup's Specifications are one of its key plus points includes a high gradeability of 30% to climb any kind of terrain in loaded conditions, supported by its rugged and robust 16 inch tyres. It has an internal load body of 2550 mm (8.4 ft) x 1750 mm (5.7 ft). 

Its durable body is supported by 4 mm chassis frame with reinforcements and a strong rear axle with unitized double bearing, and an additional semi elliptical leaf springs suspension with 6 leaves at front & 9 leaves at rear that ensure better safety in loaded conditions, especially at high speeds.
