Mon, January 5 (DIPR): Tening circular road, about 5 Kms from Civil Hospoital colony to Maruirengkikha was inaugurated by Block Development Officer, Tening, S. Chuba Ao on January 5, 2011. The chief guest, S. Chuba Ao while delivering the inaugural speech said that the inauguration of the circular road was one of the significant achievements of the government NREGA scheme under Tening sub-division. He also called upon the Tening area specially Tening citizen to cooperate with the government policy and work together with the government agencies in order to bring peace and unity where people can live in peace and harmony, which results to development. He also exhorted the village elders and leaders of the area to mold up knowledge, wisdom and patient in order to achieve the goal of competitive world and leadership battle. In the inaugural function, Baptist Youth Tening presented the inaugural song while Rev. Huzubo Pastor Tening Village Baptist Church invoked God’s blessing. The inaugural function was presided over by Kinkariulung VDB Secretary Tening.
