Thief casually robs bank

Morung Express News Dimapur | April 10 The busy Dimapur (Main) branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) was ruffled on April 10 after it was looted of an estimated Rs. 14-18 lakh. As per the police, it received a complaint in the afternoon of an incident today at the branch informing that cash was stolen from the bank. The incident caught on CCTV showed an unidentified man casually walking into one of the cash counters, grabbing a stash of cash and scurrying out past an armed guard as the clerk manning the counter attended to clients.  A bank official said the incident occurred around 1:30 pm at the ground floor. The police stated it was still to ascertain the exact amount stolen.
