Kohima, November 20 (MExN): The Department of Power, Kohima is shutting down power supply from November 21-23, 6:00 am to 9:00 am daily. The total blackout will affect consumers in Kohima Town and adjoining areas of Peren district and Medziphema area, informed a press release from Executive Engineer, Transmission Division, Kohima. The power shutdown has been necessitated on account of strengthening and stringing of new bus bar at 132/33/11kV sub-station in Kohima. All consumers have been requested to extend co-operation and bear with the inconvenience.
