Pericles once said “Just because you don’t take an interest in politics doesnt mean politics wont take an interest in you.”There is a trend that has deeply taken roots among the youths of North East especially of our state Nagaland that politics is a dirty game and almost everyone takes pride in not participating in the electoral politics and has become ignorant of the power of politics. It is high time for the millennials to change the notion of politics that has been imposed upon us by some unethical politicians and bureaucrats. The leaders are not to be fully blamed we also have our equal share in it .The momentum of politics radiates in almost every sphere of our society. From the hairoil and shampoos that we uses to groom our hairs to the toilet papers that we uses in toilets (Rates of commodities) politics plays a pivotal role in it . Many people see politics as the government and the laws being made, and that is true, but it is way more complicated than that. Every law that is made will impact many. Sometimes the decisions will affect people in a bad way. Every vote that you make will either break people or make people. let the change begin with us.
