Training on office procedures held for ministerial staff of DIPR

Kohima, July 13 (DIPR): The two day training on office procedures organised by the Directorate of IPR culminated on July 11 at DIPR conference hall Kohima. The training was attended by the ministerial staff of DIPR was well as employees from Phek, Kohima, Dimapur and Wokha districts.

 

Resource person, Retd Additional Secretary, Renchamo Lotha dwelt on the importance of file drafting, correspondence, maintaining of dispatch/issue register, other basic related to filing, fundamental rules, supplementary rules and pension rules etc.

 

Director, IPR, Limawati Ao stressed on the importance of capacity building and stated that we tend to take our jobs very lightly and refrain from learning. He called upon the participants to take the training sessions seriously and try to learn from the resource person by clarifying their doubts.

 

Around 45 staff and officers attended the training.
