The Transformation Crusade 2017 will begin from March 15 till March 26 at 4:30 pm at Khuochiezie, Kohima local ground. Themed ‘Arise and Shine’, the Crusade will witness the sermons of six speakers namely Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary, Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC), Velavoyi Keyho, Pastor, Phezoucha Nagamese Baptist Church, Rev. Zotuo Kiewhup, Sr. Pastor, Koinoni Baptist Church & Principal Kohima Bible College, Rokopra Mekro, Associate Pastor, Koinonia Prayer Centre, Rev. Neivotso Neikha, Mission Director, north East India Christian Revival Church, Mhanchumo S. Lotha, Associate Pastor, Lotha Baptist Church, Kohima.
Holding a press conference on March 13, the organizers shared the vision of the Transformation Crusade which is running its fifth year now. The Crusade which was initiated in 2013 was a ‘vision of God’, according to the organizers with a deep desire to bring revival back to Nagaland. This year’s Crusade also aims to promote local Church leaders. The organizers also claimed that around 80 people has been delivered from Satanic worshipping , while many believers has been re-activated towards their spiritual gifts anointed by God. Believers all over Nagaland will be participating in the crusade.
“It is a historical crusade. The uniqueness of Transformation Crusade is that it deals with Satanism. The Crusade deals with deliverance and healing but ultimately on Salvation,” claimed Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo adding that ‘many of them have experienced the joy of salvation’ and actively involved with the church today.
This year’s crusade is jointly organised by Phezoucha Baptist Church, Flames of Fire Church and Koinonia Baptist Church in collaboration with other churches in Kohima town.
The 12 days crusade will have 41 prayer groups who will be continuously praying on intervals at the venue while 23 Pastors and Asst Pastors will be leading the services and invocations. 20 musicians will also be participating as well as four Praise and Worship team that is Mezhüsevi Zütso and team, James Basnet and team, Sürhuveyi Tetseo, Chakhesang Baptist Church (MH) Worship Team and Avi Yongo, Koinonia Baptist Church Worship team.
