Morung Express News Dimapur | May 9 Touted to be one of the first street-wear brands in the northeast, the Tribe Fiction has already been opened its fifth shop in the region in Dimapur at Midland, opposite, Westside showroom on Tuesday. The shop which was inaugurated by ADCP (Crime), Dimapur, Shouka Kakheto is a joint venture of two brothers Joel Sailo and John Sailo who started their home business in Bangalore in 2013 and has three shops under the same brand in Mizoram, one franchise in Shillong and the latest being in Dimapur. “With our custom designed clothes wear with imprints from various ways of life of the northeast, we are trying to promote our region,” said John, the brand Marketing Manager. The brand has 47 different designs and plans to cover the entire region and gradually cover the country. In its next venture, Tribe Fiction plans to reach Imphal and Chennai.
