Two truck drivers killed

Morung Express News Dimapur | January 16   Bodies of two truck drivers were found on January 16 morning from inside a stone crusher in Burma Camp, Dimapur. The two, reported to be brothers, were reportedly killed by unidentified persons in the wee hours of January 16. Both bodies bore single gunshot wounds, according to Police. The two were identified as Abdul Latif, aged 33, and Ajim Uddin, 31.   Meanwhile, the Dimapur District Truck Drivers’ Welfare Trade Union (DDTDWTU) has strongly condemned the brutal killings of two of its members by unidentified miscreants.   The union in a statement demanded that the district administration and law enforcing agency investigate the case thoroughly, and arrest and award befitting punishment to the culprits responsible. The union also urged all right thinking citizens and civil societies to condemn the killing.
