The Chief Secretary of Manipur and the Special Secretary in-charge of Home, Government of Manipur were supposed to represent in the talk, sources said.   However, the UNC claimed that it managed to explain the history of the issue and the position of the Naga people with relevant documents on Sadar Hills and Jiribam to the Government of India. "Now, the ball is in the court of the Central Government," the UNC president stated. However, he also said that in the event of the occurrence of any unwanted situation Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh should be held responsible for it.   Today's talk was participated by six members from the UNC side and the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Satyendra Garg.   Talking to Newmai News Network this evening about today's development in New Delhi, UNC president Gaidon Kamei stated that the common people are suffering today because of Ibobi. "If Ibobi and his team attempt to bulldoze us by employing a means of force, the Naga people will respond befittingly," Kamei warned.
