The Department of Economics, Unity College Dimapur visited Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC) Dimapur on June 2 as a part of the department’s industrial visit. During an interactive session with the NIDC officials, the students and staff of the college were educated on the history and the various activities the corporation by the Managing Director of NIDC and his colleagues. They also highlighted how NIDC have been playing a vital role in trying to bring infrastructural development and other initiatives in the state since its inception in the year 1970.
