Kiphire, July 29 (MExN): The valedictory programme of the 10-day induction training programme of group B & C employees was held on July 29 at DC’s conference hall here. The training, sponsored by DoPT and organised by ATI Kohima and District Administration Kiphire, covered wide range of topics on soft skills, office procedure, and had field visit. The trainees also conducted social work in line with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The trainees were divided into 6 groups and each group presented detail report.
Exhorting the participants, Deputy Commissioner Sedevikho Khro stressed on the need to conduct such training and appreciated the ATI for their effort. He also interacted with the trainees and enquired on the difference the training has had in their work as a government servant.
After experience sharing from the participants, certificates were distributed among the trainees by SDO (C) HQ Benjamin Longkap, who was also the nodal officer for the District ITP. The meeting was chaired by EAC HQ Longdiba Sangtam.
