Vechita is Chozuba Range Wrestling Champ

Champion of the Chozuba Range Wrestling Meet 2018 Vechita Khüsoh with others on January 18.
  Our Correspondent Kohima | January 18 Vechita Khüsoh of Yoruba village today emerged as champion of the 27th Wrestling Meet 2018 of Chozuba Range Wrestling Association (CRWA) held at Chozuba Town.   With this, he pocketed cash prize of Rs. 80,000. Vekhosazo Dozo of Thüvopisu village stood second and received Rs. 50,000. Third place winner Vesapra Medeo of Runguzu Nasa awarded Rs. 30,000 while Kenechoyi Zu-o of Suthozu Old claimed fourth and won Rs. 20,000.   The four top wrestlers along with other eight wrestlers Thupukütho Phesao, Vetazo Vewsü, Nutso Dozo, Ravoto Keyho, Thüpütu Nyekha, Vevo Shijoh, Sekuta Nyekha and Kukhrüseyi Phesao will represent CRWA at the forthcoming wrestling meet of Chakhesang Wrestling Association at Chetheba from February 8 to 9.   The meet was conducted by Nagaland Wrestling Referee Board.   CRWA president Kukhoto Venyo said that free style event will take place on January 19 from 10:00 am onwards.   Earlier, Dr. Chotisuh Sazo, Adviser Social Welfare, Government of Nagaland graced the opening ceremony as the chief guest.   Puyoi Nyekha, President Chozuba Range Public Organization will be the guest of honour at the valedictory function on January 19.
