Dimapur, July 26 (MExN): Nihokhu village council donated truckload of fruits to the Nagaland Zoological Park, Rangapahar on July 19. The fruits meant for the animals of the zoo included jack fruits, bananas, guavas, star fruits and mangoes. “This sets an example by a humble village to all the citizens of Nagaland,” Director NZP, Sentichuba Aier said of the donation.
It was the second time such donation was made to the zoo.
The Director of NZP has invited the other sections of the society like business communities, trade associations, schools, colleges and well-to-do citizens in the State to follow such generous giving. "This is a small initiative but a noble gesture that will make a significant difference in the future," he stated.
The director further thanked the Nihokhu village council and wished them God's blessings.
