YouthNet Nagaland receives ‘Inspire Awards 2018-19’

Dimapur, March 3 (MExN): Hekani Jakhalu, founder of YouthNet on behalf of YouthNet Nagaland has received the prestigious BrittWorldWide (BWW) Parivartan India ‘Inspire Awards 2018-19’ under Youth Empowerment Category on March 3 on the occasion of Free Enterprise Day 2019 held at Guwahati.


YouthNet started in 2006 with a mission to help youth acquire knowledge, develop life skills and form positive attitude to enable them to become self-directing, productive, responsible and contributing members of the society through active participation and involvement.


The organization has been able to reach out and worked with more than 1 lakh youth in the state creating private job employment and entrepreneurial opportunities to the youths of Nagaland besides skill oriented and capacity building initiations.


YouthNet was awarded in the Category ‘Youth Empowerment’, a press release form YouthNet informed. The award was given in recognition of the selfless work and initiation done by the organization for the betterment of the people and the world at large.
