Chedema Village Youth Organisation and United V&S FC Dimapur today became the last two teams to book their pre-quarter final berths at the ongoing 24th Classic Cup here under the aegis of Classic Club.
In the first match of the day, Chedema VYO defeated Quakers FC by a solitary goal.
The winning goal for Chedema VYO came through the booth of Shürhosul Zhotso in the 6th minute. Playing the last preliminary round, United V&S FC Dimapur won against Ethereal FC by 2-0.
Purakum scored the first goal in the 3rd minute while Olando added another goal for the team in the injury added time of the second half.
