An unexpected long distance call, a hike to the mountain, a hearty conversation with your friend, coffee with your favourite person, the tender touch of someone you truly love, a happy reunion, surprised gifts and so on. All these moments melt away the stress that permeate our soul and allow us to live more freely with unhurried appreciation. When we delight in moment lacing our life, we learn to live more freely.

The New Year offers a plethora of opportunities to live a savour-full life. Be it in your work place, college or home.

Every beginning of the year comes with new plans and fresh resolutions. Surely our year would definitely be a little worthwhile if we all endeavor to celebrate our life a little more.  There will be no doubt myriad moments of both tears and joy. Kilroy J Oldster opine that "Life most precious moments are not all loved or uproarious. Silence and stillness has its own virtues" Some moments will be nice, some nicer and still some will be worth remembering. Savouring every moment carries a lot of advantages. At the end of our life there will be no rewinds but only flashbacks. They will be the only thing we will have.

As we move forward on a new year, the writer would like to convey a message to every reader- 'to lead a savour-full 2023 and beyond.' Let us also learn to celebrate life a little more, maybe in our own way, be joyous and happy when our near and dear ones prosper and become successful. Every 60 seconds of savouring life, we gain a minute of happiness.  Let us learn to cherish every watershed events of our life. Our life is  not perfect nevertheless it contains perfect moments. And that's the inspiration for this short write-up. For today's special moments become tomorrow's memories and the gift of life is life itself.

Michael Delaware said, "Savor the moments in life that make your heart glow. Chase after and find the moments that will take your breath away. In the end, it is only those milestones on life's journey that matter."

The writer wish every reader a savour-full 2023.
