Dimapur, February 13 (MExN): The staff and students of Asian College Dimapur held a seminar on Red Ribbon club (aids control) on February 12, 2011. Resource person Aheno Sekhose from (INETWS) eloquently expounded the dreadful disease which comes to our society in a number of ways and also pointed out the steps for its control trough proper precautionary measures. “Information for AIDS awareness and its control should be shared among our people so as to counter the rapid onslaught of its spread in our region especially among the innocent people,” she said. A press note issued by Dr. Piketo Achumi, principal informed that Pastor Paul Raj Chaplain of the college supplement the seminar from Biblical perspectives and also invoked God's blessings upon the students for their forthcoming Nagaland university examinations.
