Dimapur, November 1 (MExN): Christina H Yeptho was crowned Miss Dimapur 2025 at a pageant held here on October 31, which highlighted women’s empowerment and cultural representation.
The event, ‘Miss Dimapur 2025 – The Silver Crown’, was organised by the Ethnic Group of Nagaland (EGoN) at the Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre.
Genesis Aye was named the first runner-up and Tshoteu Khutso was the second runner-up after a series of competitive rounds evaluating poise, intellect, and talent.
The programme commenced with an invocation by Watila Rashmi, Former Vice President of EGoN. Dr Tolto Metha, Deputy Director of AH & VS, attended as the special guest.
The event featured International Fashion Designer Forever Naveen Kumar as the Guest Celebrity, while Supermodel & Actress Rachika Suresh served as the Guest Celebrity Judge and also walked as the showstopper for Forever Naveen Kumar.
The contestants underwent grooming and personality development sessions under Ms. Cham Thai, Co-founder of Cham Beauty and Velomora. Lovi Awomi, Femina Miss India Nagaland 2022, served as the Official Mentor.
The judging panel for the finale comprised Lipokzulu Lemtur, General Secretary of BASN, as the Chief Judge, along with Ilivili Kibami, Proprietor of Indian Wearhouse, and Rachika Suresh. The evening was hosted by Miki from Team Northeast Organization.
According to the organisers, the pageant upheld its reputation as one of Nagaland’s most respected platforms for empowering women and fostering leadership.
