Phek, October 4 (MExN): Electoral rolls for 16-Pfutsero, 17-Chizami, 18-Chozuba and 19-Phek Assembly constituencies in Phek district have been prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, and copies are available for inspection at the offices of the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) during office hours.
The EROs of the four Assembly constituencies have informed that claims for inclusion of names in the electoral rolls, objections to the inclusion of any name, or objections to particulars in any entry can be filed on or before October 20.
Claims and objections are to be submitted in Form 6, Form 7 or Form 8, as applicable.
The claims and objections may be submitted to the offices of the respective EROs, AEROs or BLOs, or sent by post to the concerned ERO, AERO or BLO, so as to reach the respective office no later than October 20, an official notification issued by Phek DC stated.
