April 14, holiday for all Central govt offices
Dimapur, April 9 (MExN): It is for general information that April 14, 2011 Thursday, has been declared as a closed holiday for all Central Government Offices situated in Kohima, Nagaland on account of the birthday of Dr. B. R Ambedkar in addition to the holiday list notified by the Central Government Employees Welfare Co-ordination Committee (CGEWCC), Kohima, Nagaland. This has been informed in a press note issued by Mukesh Kr. Lal, Deputy Accountant General and Secretary, CGEWCC, Kohima.
ATAN general meet on April 12
Dimapur, April 9 (MExN): The Aggrieved Teachers’ Association of Nagaland (ATAN), has convened a general meeting on April 12, 2011 at ISBT, Purana Bazaar, Dimapur from 3:00 pm onwards. Therefore, all the Aggrieved teachers from “Bogus and Absentee Categories and also from Doubtful categories “, who have replied “Show Cause notice” are requested to attend the meeting positively. “The Association will not take up the grievances of those teachers who fail to attend the meeting,” informed the ATAN executives in a press note.
State ACSC to visit Zunheboto
Dimapur, April 9 (DIPR): Additional Chief Secretary & Commissioner Nagaland Banuo Z. Jamir will be visiting Zunheboto district. While coming she will be visiting Satoi and then to Satakha on April 11, 2011. She will hold meeting with the GBs/DBs and head of offices, NRHM, SSA, Road and Bridges, Social Welfare, PHED and Power department. At Zunheboto she will held meeting with the District Administrative Officers. It is to inform all the concern department and officers to attend the said meeting positively.
Gangte NT Ps & Pro Pocket size released
Dimapur, April 9 (MExN): The Bible Society of India Dimapur Auxiliary have released Gangte NT Ps & Pro Pocket size on April 6, 2011 at Evangelical Synod Church HQ Chapel E11 Street, Chiengkawnpong, Churachandpur, Manipur by Rev. Dr. Z.K. Rochill Auxiliary Secretary. Gangte people were so excited for getting God’s Word in new format and altogether, 2000 copies were sold on the release day. Further, Gangte Bible Translation Committee expressed their desire to have Gangte Bible giant print and also Gangte English combined Bible in future. On behalf of the Gangte community elder, L.S. Gangte expresses appreciation and gratitude to BSI and Rev. Dr. Z.K. Rochill for bringing out Gangte NT Ps & Pro pocket size according to Rev. L. Sata Executive Director ESC.
Mkg & Mon Teachers’ interview
Dimapur, April 9 (MExN/DIPR): All concerned are informed that the Oral Interview for Recruitment of Teachers for Mokokchung District will be held on April 13, 2011 for Primary Teachers Post from Serial No. 1-90 (as per media publication) and the remaining Serial Nos from 91-139 for Primary Teachers and Serial No 1-33 for Graduate Teachers (as per media publication) will be held on April 14, 2011 at D.C’s Conference Hall starting from 9:00 am onward. Therefore, all qualified candidates are to bring all Original Educational Certificate from HSLC and above along with the admit Card at the time of interview. This was informed in a press note issued by District Education Officer, Mokokchung. The Deputy Commissioner Mon has also informed that the interview (viva voice) for those candidates, qualified for the post of Primary teachers/Graduate teachers under Mon district, would be conducted on April 15, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. onwards at DC’s conference hall. The candidates are to bring along their original documents/ certificates for the interview. No separate calling letters will be issued.
