NAAC Peer Team evaluates Japfu Christian College

Kohima, July 10 (MExN): Japfu Christian College in Kohima hosted a three-member Peer Team from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) as part of its 3rd Cycle Accreditation process. The team, led by Prof. Kotresh M from Tumkur University, includes Prof. Dhaneshwar Harichandan from the University of Mumbai and Dr. Pankaj Kumar Debnath from Cooch Behar College.

The Peer Team commenced their two-day visit on July 9, focusing on evaluating various aspects of the college's facilities and academic offerings.

This included assessments of classrooms, hostels, labs, libraries, and other key infrastructure. Additionally, they engaged with academic departments, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), and stakeholders of the college to gather insights and feedback.

A highlight of the visit was a cultural program hosted on July 9 at Zapa Indoor Stadium, where students showcased a variety of cultural performances for the esteemed guests.

The visit concluded on July 10 with an Exit Meeting, during which the Peer Team shared their observations, experiences, and submit their report to NAAC.
