Naga Mothers’ Association conferred ‘Excellence in Social Service Award’ at the ninth edition of the Achiever Awards under the patronage of the Sadin-Pratidin Group at Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati on January 5.
Dimapur, January 8 (MExN): The Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA) received the “Excellence in Social Service Award” at the ninth edition of the Achiever Awards under the patronage of the Sadin-Pratidin Group which was held at Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati on January 5.
A press release received here stated that “NMA is a civil society organization which was established by women in 1984 in Kohima, Nagaland. The organisation has consistently tried to address problems of conflict, peace building and substance abuse by creating a platform for dialogue that brings together disparate voices.”
