Nagaland Gov calls for developing border areas

Dimapur, November 2 (MExN): The Governor of Nagaland, PB Acharya has stressed the need to develop Border areas of the country.  

He said this while addressing the 48th Conference of Governors at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, a press release from PRO to Governor informed.  

Acharya maintained that emphasis should be made to establish schools, colleges, health institutions etc in the border areas where development is lacking and give equal opportunity to all sections of the society, it said.  

He also suggested for Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the government as the facilitator in education, health sector etc, it added.
