Ralu Keyho, winner of online debate competition 2020 on the topic ‘COVID-19 a bane to humanity.’
Phek, September 9 (MExN): Kohima, Sept 9 (MExN): Ralu Keyho emerged as the winner of online debate competition 2020 on the topic “COVID-19 a bane to humanity” organized by District Administration & DLCW - Mahila Shakti Kendra (BBBP), Phek in collaboration with Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.
The event was part of the International Literacy Day and conducted on September 8 last.
Winning the Ist position, Keyho from Dimapur was awarded with Rs. 5000.
Adulu Kapu from Kohima and Rose Mary Mero from Pfutsero stood 2nd and 3rd position and awarded with Rs. 3000 ad Rs. 2000 respectively.
Consolation prize winner Chiete Tsiiha from Pfutsero awarded with Rs. 1000.
The judges for the competition included; Wetsho Lasushe, EAC Phek, Jennifer Veyie, Assistant Professor Alder College Kohima and Thejoto Nienu, journalist.
Vezito Tetseo acted as the moderator.
