The Nagas in Cambodia (NACAM) gathered for their 19th annual meet from April 12–14 at the vKirirom Pine Resort, a popular national park in Cambodia.
"This event brought together 56 individuals, including seasoned missionaries, young adults, and children, for a time of bonding, encouragement, fellowship, and fun," stated a press release from NACAM. The meet is an annual tradition where Nagas from various provinces come together during the Khmer New Year.
One of the highlights of the retreat was the Homecoming Concert held on the final night, which featured a variety of performances. It was hosted by the young couple Namchamwi Thiumai and Jenny Thiumai.
Artists such as Wibonbou and Wisaniu, Kekhrie, Ari Boy, Ozenshani Kikon and Tachengsiliu Abonmai, Anna and Amariah, Khriekhotuo, Theophilus, Takeo Girls, Rovizhakho, Male Voice from the Westminster Theological Seminary students, Peter, and Dziiphro, along with the hosts, performed on the occasion.
The meet also featured a BBQ party on the first day, as well as a Sunday Fellowship, the second day.
As the meet concluded, attendees departed with renewed spirits, recharged and rejuvenated by the fellowship and experiences shared, the release added.
