Dimapur, April 8 (MExN): Responding to “Vaprumu Demo’s letter” - DAN is out dated” published on April 7 edition, the publicity secretary of 16th A/C NPF Kevimedo Kapo has slammed the statement , saying that how Vaprumu Demo came to the conclusion that the DAN Govt, has become an oddball when it is governing the state with popular vote.
The NPF in a rejoinder issued by Kevimedo said that on the matter of NCP and BJP MLAs, they had merged with the NPF not on their own whims but with the conclusion of their respective constituencies.
“Some independent MLAs are with the DAN Govt. due to the charismatic leadership of Mr. Neiphiu Rio and party due to welfare of their electorates. As of the buffalo soldiers, I implore him to learn more about the American Wild West to get more insight of the term. It is unbecoming of a person who professes to be political leader to stoop so low as to term a democratically elected Govt. to have the audacity to pay money for its reputation. The whole text reeks of frustration,” the note stated.
