On behalf of DCC Tuensang, I seek clarification about the repeated transfer (4 times) with post to various places in Nagaland in respect of Shri. P. Yanger Chang, NCC Commission Officer, Government High School Tuensang. I would like to point out that his transfer is unjust for 2 reasons.
1. He is being transferred to Primary School in which the post of NCC Commission is non-existent.
2. As per Rule No.24 Amendment Act of 1947, NCC Commission Officer cannot be removed from his post till retirement.
Hence, I request the concerned department to kindly ponder over to its actions and revert back to his original posting. The intervention of His Excellency, the Governor of Nagaland would be sought if the concerned department fails to undo injustice meted out to Shri. P.Yanger Chang.
