DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 28 (MExN): The Religious Society of Friends UK (Quakers) who have walked alongside the Nagas on their “Journey of Common Hope”, have today send their “prayerful support for the reconciliation of the Naga family”. “We are holding the Naga political leaders in the Light and welcome the imminent talks at the highest level, as a reassurance that the voice of the people is being heard”, stated a brief press note issued by Dr Martin Williams, Secretary, on behalf of the Naga Conciliation Group. “We join the Naga people in their prayer that reconciliation will bring a growth in trust and mutual respect on all sides and pave the way for a sincere and lasting peace”, stated the press note.
