Significantly as we come to that last day of ultimate terror. The world is being trained to think about and be frightened by terrorist. We are living in the day of terror. On 11 sept 2001 two airplanes struck the World Trade Center one airplane struck the Pentagon and one airplane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania and over 3,000 people was killed. Suddenly the whole world changed terror was on every body’s Heart though prior to that terrible day there were acts of terror here and there. A few were killed in one city or another city somewhere in the world. Pakistani terrorist attacked Mumbai and over 170 people were killed on 26-11-08 awakening the sub continent. Recent events such as earthquake in Haiti, New Zealand ,and Japan are harbingers in impending doom, the changing social values. It was a sign of the End.
A FICTIONal STORY OF TERROR :
Now suppose there was some one in the world who was a very genius evil person and yet, he also had very brilliant mind. He was always success in his plan. This evil genius of our story has a very destructive mind. He is going to drop a nuclear bomb on one of the great cities of the world. It could be in London or it could be in New York or Shanghai or Kolkata. He will not disclose which city he is going to drop. He is going to drop another nuclear bomb one after another even his one nuclear bomb can be destructing for one hundred square mile. This evil person cannot kill by bullet or nuclear bomb or even the deadly cyanide. He is living in a hideout that is somewhere in the world but nobody knows where it is and it is impossible to find. What do you suppose the people of the world? They are frantic. They are paralyzed their heart. The whole states of fear so that the children are afraid to go to school and men are afraid to go out in the open for fear that they might get a bullet in their Heart. We have seen examples of fright. This is pure speculation. This is pure imagination. It is only a fictitious story. The above scenario is super awful. We are glad it is only a fictitious story; it is like a fairy tale that could never come true.
A TRUE STORY OF TERROR
However, there is another scenario that is absolutely true, that is infinitely more terrible than that described in the imaginary story. It is going to happen even though the world pays no attention to it. God can and will do what he has planned. We read in 11 peter 3.3&4. Knowing this first that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying,” where is the promise of his coming?......”
In other words, many people are saying “Ah now wait a minute we have this letter from this person who says he will destroy the world in the very near future, but we don’t believe it, we just don’t think it could happen. In answer to this God effectively says as we read in Genesis 6. 5-7 “That the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually and the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and he was grieved in his heart. So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air for I am sorry that I have made them.’’ During the days of Noah God said. I am going to destroy this world after 120 years for their sinful ways and this was fulfilled.
Later on, we see that the two cities of Sodom and Gomorah, had became very wicked. Thus it becomes God’s purpose to destroy them. Fire and brimstone come down and the whole city and all the individual, men, women and children everybody including Mrs. Lot were incinerated because God brought this enormous holocaust on Sodom and Gomorah.
Let us understand some biblical texts; Ecclesiasts 8:5. He who keeps his command will experience nothing harmful; and a wise man’s heart discerns both time and judgment. True believers will know the time and judgment. The fact is that the true believers have become aware of this truth only in our day.For few centuries theologian/Bible Scholars/preachers try to understand the hidden biblical truth but miserably failed because it was sealed. Daniel 12; 9,And God said, Go your way, Daniel, for the word are closed up and sealed till the time of the end,” It was sealed and opened in our day, because time is very near the end. Amos. 3.7. Surely the Lord God does nothing unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets,” All true believers are prophets, because they are the ambassadors of Christ.
11 Peter 3:10, But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with great noise and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. In 1Thessalonians 5:2, For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the lord so comes as a thief in the right. For when they say, “Peace and safety,” then sudden destruction comes…” Christ will not come as a thief in the night for the true believers but for the unsaved, Christ will come as a thieves in the night.We have to believe the correct interpretation of the Bible.
God in his own purpose to open his/her spiritual eyes/ear to understand the hidden Biblical truth which was not revealed in earlier days and time. And we do not need to look in a special place to find the truth. The answer is the word of God. In the word of God, it tells us all about this ultimate act of terror. Reports indicate that the Doomsday 2012 end of the world prediction made by the Ancient Mayans has parked real fears with some people displaying times anxiety. NASA Officials have however, said that the World was not coming to end on Dec. 21, 2012. The latest big screen offering from Sony Pictures 2012 shows the end of the world supposedly based on the theories backed by the Mayan Calendar. NASA rejects this end time prophecy. Neither the archeologists nor the scientists cannot predict the world ending. But according to Harold Camping, 21st May 2011 will be the end of the world according to Jewish calendar because it is another Jubilee Year. According to him the number signifies –(5)- The atonement, which emphasizes both judgment and salvation (10). The completeness of whatsoever is in view (17) Heaven. (inputs from” we are almost there,”) Let us be prepared and watch.
With all these interpretations in mind, I believe that a true believer can know much about the timetable of history, including many truths about the timing of the end of the world. For those who do not follow the correct interpretation of the Bible, God do not open their spiritual eyes and ears to understand the hidden Biblical truth. I know most of the Christian will not be concerned about this because many are called but few are chosen. No matter what we believe the time is near for us ; could be literal end of the world or it could be the end of our lives here on earth. Are we prepared?
