WE MUST HAVE ELECTIONS!

All the news items about civil societies against elections does not express the desire and opinion of the general public. We are fed up. We want elections. We want to vote. We want clean and fair elections. We the silent majority in this state want to have fair and free and clean elections. We want fair voting. We don't want manipulation of votes or manipulation of results of voting. We are sick and fed up and we want to vomit on the state of affairs and the people who are perpetrating it. But we the silent majority are afraid. We are intimidated by these voices crying for solution. Whose solution? People have had meetings after meetings forever, even in foreign lands as well! Ultimately it will end up being a merry go round again while some individuals and parties profit from it in the meantime-enjoying at the expense of the helpless public who have to pay for the schemes, personal ambitions and evil selfishness of those who hold the reins of power in the government; or other government, or in the highways and byways. It's a vicious circle that will never end unless we exercise our votes responsibly. Nagar should realize that ultimately there is a God in Heaven. No tyrannical and despotic individual or party or group will last forever. There will come a day of reckoning, sooner or later, in ways that will astound the witnesses. So please be careful what or who you are upholding or crying yourself hoarse for. The end may not be as you picture it. The societies may be sincere, but without knowing, they may be benefiting some politicians and groups who have their own interests in mind. Otherwise with this stalemate, perhaps the present government should step down and there should be Presidents Rule indefinitely due to the situation. We urge the N.S.F, N.M.A, HOHOS, ACAUT etc to support clean and fair elections and to actively participate in educating the people to choose the right candidates instead of opposing the electoral process. One of the tools of solutions used in other democracies is elections when people have been enlightened about the power and impact of their choice. This is not about supporting any party or even the government’s decision. We want our chance and our right to vote instead of this dismal, indefinite and tormenting wait for positive change- we have been seen it happen again and again. It’s guaranteed! Meanwhile the state and the people suffer. It's a curse. Please don't allow the ambitions and rhetoric of certain groups and individuals to sway you and choose to work for the silent majority by supporting the right people and the right causes and helping to bring to places of influence people whose hearts are for the people in a constitutional manner as responsible organizations of this state. Use your influence positively please in the days that you have on earth! Expressing this concern on behalf of all of our families, clans, villagers, neighbours, friends and the silent, helpless majority who are unable to voice their opinions for fear of retribution and negative action by those who are in power and have a strong voice in this trouble ridden state. May God have mercy on us all. We, the silent public.
