For the first time, Nagaland will be participating in the upcoming Miss Universe India 2024.
“We will be having audition to select candidate for Miss Universe India Nagaland,” said Beauty & Aesthetics Society of Nagaland (BASN) president Mele Pucho.
For this year, he said, we will be going ahead with audition and we have already set aside July 2 as audition date in Niathu Resort Chumoukedima, he said,
From next year onwards, Miss Nagaland will directly represent Nagaland at Miss Universe India, he added while addressing a press conference at Symphony Cafe, Kohima.
In this, BASN invited interested candidates to register online to come for the most prestigious title of Miss Universe India Nagaland 2024 and get a change to represent Nagaland at national beauty pageant Miss Universe India.
Online registration will start from May 22 onwards.
The official partners of Nagaland audition included; Niathu Group, Sky Garden, Runway India and Alemtemshi Jamir former Chief Secretary of Nagaland.
Outfit requirements for audition: Shorts & black vest; Body hugging black cocktail dress; Pencil heels/stilettos (3 inches and above); Light Make-up; No glasses/lens, Padded lingerie Jewellery.
Other requirements: No age bar, 18 years and above can participate; Participants should be an indigenous of Nagaland; Registration fee Rs.1000 spot Registration from 9:30 am to 10:30am; For online registration interested individuals can also contact 7641007449/7005284814
