Chennai, June 7 (MExN): The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Chennai has announced the N-STARS for Law, Management, & Science programmes, a merit-based scholarship for state toppers from rural government schools across India. This initiative provides a 100% fee waiver covering academics, hostel accommodation, and food for the entire duration of their studies at VIT Chennai. The scholarship is designed to support academically gifted and economically disadvantaged students from rural areas, empowering them to gain knowledge and contribute to society. Eligible students will be admitted to VIT Chennai for the following programmes: B.B.A. LLB (Hons) (5-year Integrated Program), B.A. LLB (Hons) (5-year Integrated Program), B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Fashion Design, B.Sc. Economics (Hons), B.B.A. (Hons), B.Com. (Hons), and M.Sc. Integrated Applied Psychology (5-year Integrated Program).
