Dimapur, March 31 (MExN): The Altrura Society (AuS) elected a new team of office bearers for the tenure 2019-2022 and handing and taking over programme of the new team was held during its 6th foundation day celebration on March 30 at its Head Office Chümoukedima, Dimapur.
Acknowledging the outgoing team on behalf of the incoming team, Mhasileto Medoze, President AuS appealed to the former executives to render their help and guidance in the future as well.
Assuring the team that he will work for overall progress of the society, Medoze urged all to commit and work selflessly under the motto ‘service above self’ in resolving, building and facing challenges for the welfare of the people.
Speaking on behalf of the outgoing team, former President, Visakuolie Medom said that during the past three years, he witnessed the power of cooperation and unity.
He added that success happens when people get involved, get engaged and come together to work for it. The new team of office bearers will be headed by Mhasileto Medoze as President; Kedokuolie Kruse as Vice President; Zakiesielie Chüsi as General Secretary; Neivikho Savi as Info & Publicity Secretary and five other members.
