Dimapur, September 10 (MExN): Livingstone Foundation Hr Sec School (LFHSS), Dimapur was conferred with the National School Award 2018 in two categories during the ceremony recently held at The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi on August 25.
LFHSS was awarded the Best Residential Boarding School of the Year Award and the Most Nature Friendly School Award.
It was stated in a press release that heads of around 1000 schools from all over India converged at New Delhi for the award ceremony where Dr. Abha Rishi, CEO-Atal Incubation Centre, Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida was the guest of honour.

It is noteworthy that on the basis of the all India survey by National School Award jury, the awards have been conferred considering different parameters like CBSE board result of grade 10 and 12, accomplishments of school in IIT-JEE, NEET, KVPY, NSEC, NSEP, innovative teaching pedagogy being adopted by school, projects and assignments being given to students, educational trips and excursions, physical infrastructure and other facilities being provided for academics as well as sports.
