DIMAPUR, AUGUST 4 (MExN): A calligraphy programme organized by the ABAM Literature & Education Children Ministry was held at Mokokchung Town Hall on August 2.

In the keynote address, Chubatemjen, Coordinator, Sunday School ABAM, said that this programme is not about competing for positions but a celebration of God's given talents to humans.

Abenla Aier, Coordinator, Children Ministry, ABAM said that the calligraphy programme was designed to help the children develop creativity, improvise talents and create a platform for participation so that as they grow old, they will find themselves useful for many purposes.

Altogether 74 children, nine years and above, from 32 churches participated in the programme.

ABAM expressed special thanks to Ungma Baptist Church Children’s Ministry for leading the praise and worship, Impur Baptist Church Children's Ministry for the choreography, and Mokokchung Town Baptist Church Children's Ministry for all logistics arrangements.
