• We have many candidates who are not rich and confident that they will win without buying votes this time
• Some people will never change; but without the Clean Election Movement, no one will change.
• Because of the participation of various church organisation, civil societies, village leaders and elders it has improved a bit; Less camping, Less use of money and alcohols, No mass support of clan or village.
• Yes, because I did not take or refused to take anything cash/kind from any party.
No:
• Clean election is a joke in Nagaland. It's absolutely rubbish. We see more money being used in election after the clean election movement started. According to people Clean Election means “Clean the pocket of the candidates”

• No, not at all because candidates are being selected by the villages.

• Not in reality... Just like dry state... NBCC should stop involving in such movement and rather raise good members who can actually abide such good morals without force.

We're still faced with plethora of corruption issues ranging from manipulation of electoral process to violence and coercive means of garnering votes which is detrimental to the nation as a whole.
Enormous amount of black money are being circulated through various illegal channels which have an adverse eon the clean election campaign as well as the economy of our country.
Furthermore, the unrestricted flow of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicants are destroying the lives of youths and the society at large.
Many election related violence are reported from various regions which is a very dangerous trend that destroys the very fragile social fabric and democratic values . Morality and ethics have eroded overtime due to differences in political ideologies, various evils such as tribalism, communalism etc have creep in widening the chasm between already shattered spirit of brotherhood.
Religious leaders, bureaucrats and other high officials have hijacked this vulnerable situation to further their own selfish agendas.
Many bogus voters are being enlisted in the electoral roll, ghost voters are being detected, the criminal -political nexus have gain stronger ground, bribery is rampant etc
• Election result will say.
• Good things take time, and for a cause as noble as this I don’t mind the wait. Change starts at home and I vouch to go clean this election as well.
