Dimapur, July 5 (MExN): The South Nagas’ Union of Nagaland State’s (SNUNS) President Lokho Chaomai and General Secretary LK Peter Anal has appealed to all Naga political groups/organisations that banning of any Naga Civil Organisation should not be practiced under any circumstances as it always weakens the "chemistry fabric of powerful Naga family". However, it has supported the move taken by NSCN/GPRN in issuing revocation order of lifting the ban upon the Sumi Hoho without any pre-condition.
“…every heart of Nagas is longing to see such act of loving accommodative gesture shown by NSCN (I-M) at this very hour while we are undergoing reconciliation among ourselves in union with our Lord Jesus Christ,” stated the Union in a press note.
Moreover, the Union has extended warmest Toluni festival greetings to the Sumis.
