1. Infrastructure (Road, electricity, health care etc):
• As the world is heading to a new era, neighbouring states of Nagaland like Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura has witnessed tremendous development with regard to roads, electricity, sports complex, stadium etc. looking back at Nagaland, the state still lacks in overall development. Agreeing to the point of highway being build, there still remains a loophole in far fetch places where there's no availability of good roads, bridge, constant blackout as there's lack of power supply, poor health care centre and infrastructure. Therefore, I feel that the new government of Nagaland should focus on all round development of Nagaland, not just in commercial bound district of Dimapur and Kohima but also in different district of Nagaland. The citizens of Nagaland have been witnessing the under-developed state for over a decade now. Nagaland has now over hundreds and thousands of both national and international tourists coming to visit Nagaland every month and year, hence it's a shame for all the Nagas as we far behind compared to that of our neighbouring state.
• With development we can create many new avenues resulting in better intercommunication between districts vis a vis creating employment opportunities
• Infrastructure should be the priority, in my opinion. With good infrastructure come employment avenues. Good Infrastructure which is followed by employment will also prepare us for a respectable political solution.
• If no road no development no electricity darkness no health no life.
• It will solve all the problems
• Infrastructures (Road, Electricity, Healthcare etc) are the basic foundations of life. Almost everything revolves around these things. Once these are developed properly the other aspects of growth and development will take place. Whatever maybe the situation, roads, electricity, healthcare and education needs to be given top priority. Once the foundation and basics are developed, others can automatically follow.
• Infrastructure Development will lead to more inflow of Resources for business & thus increase employment.
• First and foremost ROAD, thereafter Education and Medical.
• First...Serial number 1 Just my opinion... Second unemployment n third solution.... Where there is infrastructure n development there is employment. If there is development n employment there is solution to everything... We are a fail state without vision... It's just my opinion no bad feelings
• Load shedding, pot holes on the road, no CT scan, MRI in hospital, no IVF treatment centre
2. Naga Political Solution:
• Naga political issues should be dealt with priority and a solution whether good or bad should be made as a means of ending these struggles, or else many people are taking advantage of working for the Nagas and killing our society, murdering our dreams and suffocating our future. Enough is enough.
• Naga Political Solution. Once that is settled, slowly by slowly extortion, syndicate gundagiri, unchecked corruption due to UG backing etc will go out the window. Then development activities can actually take effect in Nagaland. Infrastructure, roads etc etc are obviously very important too but nothing new. Every government promises that and every time they promise that during elections, we've ended up getting nothing except the air we breathe. So it will just be a repetition of old story. Rather this time, I wish they approach with something new and which arguably is the root cause of lack of development in Nagaland, i.e. insurgency and political instability.
• I just hope that this so called Naga Political issue be solved by any means Or at the least Nagas should realise the fact that this issue is the root cause contributing to every issue we are facing so we should either accept any solution at the earliest or if possible just finish this issue by ourselves with waiting for solution or anything. However, the State govt. should not give priority to this issue but handle it as one of the obstacles towards our growth only. Our brothers from outside Nagaland also should understand the contemporary realities as well as Nagas of Nagaland also should know the fact that we need to move along with the rest of the world but for that our ambition of Freedom Or independence is just a hurdle only. We are wasting our energy and time in pursuing something which is not possible as well as which is the cause of our problems currently.
• Naga political solution above all others then only when the various UG groups lay off the unnecessary tax collections, big companies will feel more comfortable to set up their offices and buildings which in turn will create job opportunities for the unemployed educated youth etc
• As long as Naga political issue doesn't solve both the govt & ug factions will keep sandwiching us in pretext of solution. Both will keep miliching us and the general mass will have to shoulder all the problems. If political issues get solve slow and steadily the house will get in its order.
• I don’t understand why certain NGP's has to levy taxes even when roads are being constructed??? They are the root cause of unemployment and poverty in Nagaland. We cannot blame everything to Govt because I heard they have to feed these groups also.
• Political solution but it won't solve. UG's are controlling the politicians + politicians can't do anything + we've so many organizations.
3. Unemployment:
• UNEMPLOYMENT. With the ever growing number of educated unemployed, it is not far before the population turns into a desperate, raging mob. Entrepreneurship alone cannot quench the thirst of unemployment. If the need arises, it would be apt for the Government to create more government services and increase vacancies (there is always a lack of work force so why not). An equal opportunity in both fields will definitely work out to balance out the growing rate of unemployment.
• The real force of change happens when the youths are actively involved in everyday decision making which effects them. Sadly, due to rampant unemployment the youths are frustrated, tempted to make bad decisions which is not good for the society and the state.
• Committee should be set up to deal with headed by additional deputy commissioners through Nagaland.
• The present Government should focus on unemployment matter as the educated unemployed youth are facing lot's of untold hardship working in outside in Hotels, call centers, Spa etc, without proper salaries and some girls are forced to do prostitution. Therefore the top priority should be focused on employment generation program.
• Keep unemployment under control society will start changing
4. Others:
• For me I feel that the not so new government should give utmost priority to both; 1.infrastructure 2.unemployment
• Apart from focussing on Infrastructure (Road, electricity, health care etc), Naga ,Political solution, Unemployment ,the government should focussed on tackling fake agendas and movements, including fake women empowerment and gender equality and toxic feminism (modern feminism).The problem with gender studies or women studies is that if the number of females are low in whatever fields, then the society assumed to be biased against women or the society simply favours men, however that is a fallacy. so, just by seeing and coming to implications is not good at all. Women folks of both old and younger generation both in decision making and others need to tackled this problem. Now, this may seem very very toxic but women as well as girls need to tackled the problem of dressing. Yes, dressing is important too, why do women and girls feel offended just by assuming that every men looking at females are item or object (infact menfolk avoid or resist females wearing such clothes to avoid fake accusations),if female folks are carelessly simply experimenting with different sultry things. Who knows in the next decade women might go forefathers time with modern day clothes (exposing yet with modern clothes).I feel sad for future generations mother's because they would not know anything to embrace motherhood, maybe father's (the males) would be the next generation mother's.
• Everything is really in need
• This current government is outdated.
• Store up more money for the next election because that's what the public wants and deserve
• Corruption free government
• 1-Naga Political Solution, 2-Infrastructures, 3-Employment, 4-Education
• Building resorts. THERE you have it.
• All the options should be the government’s priority. This what we vote for
• As if the government will listen
• Others... Politicians should have retirement
• None, they should loot and recover their investment spent during elections, and prepare for the coming Election again
• We Naga will never solve political issues....I know
• Rotten bureaucracy first
• Just let them save money for the next election. It is what the Naga people want so that they can buy votes.
• Doubling their bank balance as much as and as fast as they can, and creating backdoor, window, ceiling, chimney etc for their families to get job.
