ANDMSA Wokha unit supports ultimatum served to govt

Wokha, October 21 (MExN): The Wokha unit of All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA) has strongly supported the 30-day ultimatum served on the State government by ANDMSA central.

While reiterating the association’s three-point demand, ANDMSA Wokha unit lamented that district ministerial employees have been denied their due share in terms of promotional scope and financial benefits by the successive governments.

A press statement from the unit’s president Rubenthung Ngullie and general secretary Renchio Humtsoe further stated that the district ministerial employees are the backbone of the government at the grassroots level who look after the thousands of records and accounts of the government and its employees, however, their work assignment and recruitment policy do not match with the pay and allowances and promotional scope given by the government.

In light of this, ANDMSA Wokha unit urged the government to look after the genuine demands served by the ANDMSA within 30 days.
