Morung Express News Dimapur | July 24 The body of a 12 year-old boy, who was feared drowned at the Dhansiri river on Sunday afternoon was retrieved today. Nagaland Disaster Response Force personnel assisted by divers from the 173rd CRPF battalion recovered the body 3km downstream around noon. The boy, identified as Thuingachan Sira of Darogajan, as per reports, was playing with friends on the river bank when he slipped and fell. The search operation which was suspended on Sunday evening was resumed this morning. The body was recovered some 6 ½ hours later downstream by search personnel who used motor boat and diving equipment. The deceased boy was a student of Kingsway School.
