Taking advantage of a defensive mix-up, Lipok opened the scoring early on for Case FC before Pito headed in the equalizer for Nizams. Imsuren then headed in from a corner to give Nizams the lead as the first half ended 2-1.   Minutes into the second half, Lipok scored again from long range to equalize for Case FC. However, as the second half progressed, Nizams started to control the game as Pito scored his second and give his side the lead.   Receiving an aerial ball from deep Pito went past a defender and with only the goalkeeper to beat, made no mistake as his shot ricocheted off the post and into the back off the net.   Nizams got their fourth goal courtesy a long ranger from Sopei effectively killing off the game. In the second match, Trinity FC eased past host STAFAC United Patkai.   Lipok Jamir opened the scoring in the first half before Nungsang made it 2-0 in the second half. STAFAC made a comeback as Riileto Vakha headed in from close range to reduce the lead. Atheli then scored late into the match as Trinity won by a comfortable 3-1 margin.   Nizams FC and Trinity FC jointly lead the points table with 3 points each.
