Dimapur, December 7 (MExN): An ex-servicemen rally will be organized under the aegis of HQ 3 Corps in Dimapur on December 12 at 71 Engineer Regiment located at Walford area adjacent to Mahindra Apex Motor Showroom here.
The aim of the rally is to update the ex-servicemen on various new schemes and opportunities and to address their grievances and problems including pension anomalies etc, according to a press release from Directorate of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement, Nagaland.
Various stalls will be established during the rally, including Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Schemes (ECHS), Medical and Dental Camp by 165 Military Hospital, Recruitment information, Resettlement Schemes, Records Assam and Kumaon/Naga Regt, Pension grievances cell, Canteen services and Ex-servicemen Welfare information.
All ex -servicemen and widows of Dimapur have been invited. They were further requested to contact and register their names with Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Dimapur to facilitate making necessary administrative arrangement.
