The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced admission to MBA (Banking & Finance) programme for January-2018 session. The programme has been specifically designed for professionals working in banks by IGNOU's School of Management Studies and IIBF, according to a varsity statement. Candidates should be graduates, have passed the Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers exams of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), and should have been working in the banking or financial services sector for a period of at least two years, it said. ‘Student Handbook & Prospectus of MBA(Banking & Finance)-2017-18’ can be obtained from the Director, Student Service Centre (SSC), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 or from any of the IGNOU Regional Centres whose addresses are listed on its website, in person on payment of Rs.1000/, it added. The Application Form can also be downloaded from IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in and submitted along with a DD of Rs.1000/-, in addition to the Programme fee. The last date for receiving the request for supply of Student Handbook by post is November 11, the last date for Submission of filled-in forms at the concerned Regional Centre is December 29.
