Dimapur, March 15 (MExN): Assembly Constituency Congress Committee (ACCC) 3 Dimapur-III A/C has convened an emergency meeting on March 17, 10:00 am at Congress Bhawan Dimapur. All office bearers of ACCC, AYC, DCC executives, DYC executives DMCC, NPMCC ward and unit office bearers of parent body Mahila, youth representatives of Sevadal, NSUI, Minority Cell under 3 Dimapur-III A/C have been requested to attend the meeting positively.
DPC general meeting on March 18
Dimapur, March 15 (MExN): Dimapur Press Club (DPC) will hold its first general meeting of the tenure 2014-2016 on March 18, 11:00 am at Rotary Club of Dimapur, Midland. DPC President Moa Longkumer in a press release has requested all bona fide members to attend the meeting positively.
Special voter registration camp today
Dimapur, March 15 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Dimapur has informed that the second special camps for voter registration will be held on March 16 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in those polling stations where Form 6 were received in the first special camp. All BLOs have been directed to report to their respective charge officers without fail.

Dimapur, March 15 (MExN): IGNOU Study Centre 2002 (Dimapur Government College) has informed the learners enrolled for July session in MA English (MEG), MA Political Science (MPS), MA History (MAH), and M.Com that special counselling class will be held at the study centre on March 16 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Kohima, March 15 (MExN): Pfuchatsumia Youth Organisation has invited all its members to the inaugural program of Khriesanuomia Badze, P Khel Village near Jawahar Novadaya Vidyalaya (school), Yakukie on 17 March at 11:00 am. The press note issued by Medozhatuo Rutsa, president, Pfuchatsumia Youth Organisation further stated that Badze will be inaugurated by Vilie-o Rutsa, president, Northern Angami Public Organisation (NAPO).

ZUNHEBOTO, MARCH 15 (MExN): The Usutomi Urban Forum has expressed sadness at the demise of Shihoi Shohe, GB of Usutomi village on February 4. The Usutomi Urban Forum acknowledged in a press note, that shohe was an “honest, dedicated and hardworking person who had firmly stands for the welfare of our village.” All the young and old of Usutomi village remembered him as a generous and sociable person, it added. The Usutomi Urban Forum conveyed its deepest condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed that the almighty God would give them strength and peace of mind in their hour of grief.

Dimapur, March 15 (MExN): All Nagaland State Transport Running Staff Union (ANSTRSU) has strongly condemned the March 12 incident where Vekhota allegedly attempted on the life of Vesheto Riga, bus conductor of NST. ANSTRSU president Vimedo Chase and general secretary R Loyamba in a press release have urged the law enforcing agency to book the accused and reward befitting punishment while appealing all Naga community to be aware of such “evil practice” in the near future.
