Dimapur, October 25 (MExN): Members of the Nagaland Bar Association (NBA) held a memorial and remembrance programme on October 25 at the Dimapur Bar Association Hall as a mark of respect to the departed soul of late T. Suohu, who was the Secretary of NBA for three successive tenures in the past.
“The members of the Bar fondly remembered the exceptional character and personality of late T. Suohu which served as an inspiration to the members of the legal fraternity especially with regard to his adherence to professional ethics in his legal practice,” stated a press release from NBA joint secretary, N. Kevichusa. “His exemplary professional and personal conduct will be regarded as a guiding compass for the members of the bar in the future.”
The program was conducted by Tali Ao, NBA president, and a short speech on the life of late T. Suohu was delivered by V. Hukavi Zhimomi, NBA secretary. The meeting concluded after observing one minute silence in respect of the departed soul, the release added.
