Ahmedabad, October 19 (MExN): The North East students studying in Gujarat had a three-day Cultural Show cum Autumn Sports Meet at LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad from October 15 to 17. The cultural show was organized to give a glimpse of North East to the Gujarati people with Dr. GP Vadodaria, Principal, LD College of Engineering as the chief guest, informed a press release. Dr. Vadodaria in his speech requested the students to never forget Gujarat even after passing out from the state. He also exhorted the North East students to be agents who will promote the rich culture and tradition of North East in Gujarat. Stephen PD, Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Ministry of Defense, Ahmedabad distributed the prizes for sports event. The event was organized by NE students of LD College of Engineering in collaboration with Gujarat Mizo Zarlai Pawl and the Naga Students’ Union Gujarat.
